# Layout and menu

Every component can be customized with text, images, colors and icons and the menu order can be easily **configured by clicking on the item on the canvas or setting the properties on the right side bar**.

The default menu structure consists of:

* **Dashboards:** e.g. Home screen
* **Forms (or group of)**: Drag and drop menu items in/out a group
* **Timeline:** Chat (group) and message notifications
* **Workflow:** Tasks inbox&#x20;
* **Settings:** Individual and app-collection settings
* **Scan (only on mobile app):** Navigational scanning is activated (Settings - general settings)

Menu items can be added (New item) or placed in groups by creating a new group with icon from the toolbar
