# Download app template

If you have created a new app collection (menu part App Basics) you can provide this app with suitable app templates. Therefore you can:

* **Download the template file** that matches the current version of the app studio
* Import this file into the App Studio using the tools in the menu part Import and Export (if access is permitted)
