# Clear Resultset

### Description

The **Clear Resultset** node allows you to remove all data from one or multiple resultsets.\
The structure of the resultset (such as columns and data types) remains intact.

Behavior:

* All rows (data) are removed from the selected resultset(s)
* The resultset structure is preserved:
  * Columns remain available
  * Data types are unchanged
* References to the resultset remain valid

**The clear action cannot be undone**

### Configuration Options

| Setting    | Required | Description                             |
| ---------- | -------- | --------------------------------------- |
| Resultsets | Yes      | Select one or more resultsets to clear. |

Select a resultset from the dropdown and add it using the plus button.\
Repeat this step if you want to clear multiple resultsets.

### Tips & Best Practices

* It is also possible to clear a resultset via the context menu on the resultset in the tree
* Use this node when you want to make the clearing of data an explicit step in your flow
